These are the correct WW2 pattern DR panniers made of a tough close weave canvas (not webbing) so it's more water resistant and easier to clean than webbing would be. The Straps are all made from 1937 type webbing with 3 stripes on the rear for support/ protection.

There are 2 leather corner cups that fit over the top of the frame and then metal clips on the base again to connect to the frame.
