A replica Lee Enfield 303 rifle sling from 1908, suitable for the MK1 SMLE rifle. This particular sling is an accurate reproduction of the original model used by British Army soldiers during the First World War. We have carefully stamped this pendulum with the date 1914 to emphasize its historical authenticity. 

The sling is made of sturdy canvas tape, a material that was also used in the originals because of its durability and ease of use. The brass fittings are also faithful to the original, with a classic look characteristic of military equipment of the period. The total length of 110 cm is equal to the standard size used at the time. 

After extensive historical research in archives and with private collectors, we have now been able to produce a new set of 1908 volumes that closely match the original sets issued in the First World War. To ensure the highest possible color accuracy, we have carefully matched the color to a number of preserved examples from 1908. This makes our replicas appear virtually identical to the bands used by soldiers at the time.
