Shipping your package
 

Packages are generally sent within 2 days after receipt of your payment via PostNL with track & trace code. If you prefer shipping for which a signature is required, additional costs will be charged. Contact us before choosing this delivery method. Whichever shipment you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Treatment costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We can combine two separately placed orders, but the double costs are for the customer, for each order, shipping costs will be charged. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to fragile items.

When returning an order, the costs are for the buyer himself. As soon as we have received the returned order, we will refund the purchase price.
