These been found hidden away in a wharehouse from the 1960's.

M8A1 knife scabbards are designed and fit various military knies including the M3 knife, M4 (M1 carbine bayonet), M5 (post WW2 M1 Garand bayonet), M6 (M14 bayonet) and the M7 (M16 bayonet).
These are unissued, genuine US Military issue scabbards which are still in the factory box, they where packed two scabbards in a box and that its how we are selling them. The boxes are un-opened and still sealed.
The box we have opened the M8A1 scabbards are marked as follows "US M8A1 P.W.H." on the throat of the scabbard and the scabbard includes a nylon leg lace/tie.

The boxes have a contract date of 1967 with a stamped date of "8/68".
