WW2 48 star invasion arm flag.

There are a couple of variations of the sew on arm flag worn by the US airborne in WWII.

This is the most popular version which is printed on cotton. The edge of the flag is sewn to give a wide white border this can be folded to give a smaller border when you sew it to your jump jacket.

Size of patch approx: 140 x 110mm

Size of the actual printing of the flag (without the white border): 115 x 80mm

The 48 star US flag was worn on the right upper arm.
